Participants submit their own photos
The organiser creates an account, sets the theme and shares the contest link. Participants upload from the entry page without a guest account. Set dates and submission rules, then approve photos according to your moderation settings.
Three ways to choose a favourite
Choose the format that suits your community and explain it before voting opens.
- Classic gallery: browse the photos and vote under the contest’s rules
- Collective tournament: matchups and rounds managed by the organiser
- Individual bracket: each voter makes successive choices between two photos until their own final
Clear rules from submissions to results
Explain who can enter, what you expect, the dates and how the result is determined. Separate submission and voting periods when needed. Moderate entries and choose when results are published. Voting limits help reduce repeated votes; they do not verify every voter’s identity.
More photography, less administration
A link makes it easier to join from a phone or computer. Gallery voting suits a club exhibition; head-to-head choices offer another way to explore entries. If prizes or younger participants are involved, prepare appropriate conditions and permissions before announcing the contest.
